Will I Get Text and Email Reminders?
When you book on your calendar here you'll get email with a zoom link to join your online session (NOTE THE DAY YOU BOOK: THAT EMAIL HAS YOUR ZOOM LINK TO CLICK & START YOUR SESSION). You'll get text/email reminders 24 hours, 2 hours and 10 minutes before your session, without zoom info.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to attend sessions. L&H assumes no liability or responsibility for missed sessions for any reason.
How Many Sessions Do I Get A Month?
In Month 1 & 2 you Get: (2) 50 Min. Zoom Sessions.
In Month 3: (1) 50 Min. Zoom Session
and (1) Emergency Anytime Session.
What If We Need More Than 2 Sessions A Month?

What Happens If I Miss A Payment?

What's The EMERGENCY ANYTIME Session?
The Emergency Anytime gives you a ONE TIME any day, night, weekends or holidays session with Dr. Vandy @ $125 (just think of a Doctor on call). Off hours/weekends are regularly @ $325.
These are Days/Times NOT shown on your calendar and subject to Dr. Vandy’s availability. Call Dr. Vandy’s work cell 407.243.8565. Leave a voicemail & send a text.Payment will be processed over the phone.
* One Emergency Anytime per package purchased.
None ever expire.
No Show, Reschedule or Cancellation Policy:
NO SHOW POLICY: You will lose a session. No refund or rescheduling option.
RESCHEDULE POLICY: No penalty if rescheduled 24 hours before session. Request to reschedule MUST be by EMAIL: [email protected] ONLY
No text, call or other form of communication is acceptable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation inside the 24 hour period incurs a $50.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee, as you have prevented someone else from booking.
* Special consideration may be given for verifiable emergencies.
Are My Sessions Transferrable?
No. Only the individuals who completed an intake form when the package was purchased is eligible to use package promotion.
Are My Sessions Refundable?
No. However, the sessions owned or acquired do not expire. They are yours for life.
I Never Used ZOOM Do I Need Special Equipment?
Nope. A smartphone, computer, or tablet to access the Internet and you’re good to go. When you book here, you'll get a zoom link via email.
