Easy. You have our best package for several reasons:

3. You have locked yourself into a lifetime savings, so you'll always get this same low rate long after the promotion ends.
4. The convenience and privacy of zoom allows you to get served from home, your car, a hotel or anywhere.
5. Sessions and emergency anytime NEVER expire, so use them or save them for a rainy day.
What's BEST PRACTICES For A Great Session?
Remember to relax. Dr. Vandy is a highly trained relationship expert. He will guide you through the process. Other than being honest/transparent here's best practices:
1) After booking on calendar, check your email for your zoom link. (zoom link is also emailed 24 hrs, 2 hrs and 10 mins. before your session)
2) Log in 5 minutes EARLY. Turn on your mic and camera. Don't lose valuable session time fumbling around trying to access your session.Remember: All sessions start and end on time.
3) Have a good WiFi signal
4) BE DISTRACTION FREE in a comfortable PRIVATE space. This is a therapy session.
5) FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ZOOM: know how to turn on your mic and camera. Visit https://zoom.us
Why Are The ONLY Available Days TUES, WEDS & THURS?
Because Tues, Weds and Thurs. are inventory/days used for promotions/discounts on services.
Fri-Sun is reserved for our VIP full pay clients or If you have an "Emergency Anytime" session you can look for a session (24/7).*

Will I Get Text and Email Reminders?
When you book on the calendar here you'll get a email with a zoom link to join your online session.
You will get reminder EMAILS with your zoom link:
24 hours, 2 hours and 10 minutes before your session.All EMAIL reminders will have zoom link to click and start your session.
* You'll get TEXT reminders in the same intervals but "TEXT REMINDERS DO NOT INCLUDE ZOOM LINKS"Only Emails.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to attend sessions. L&H assumes no liability or responsibility for missed sessions for any reason.
What If There Is NO AVAILABLE DAYS/TIMES On My Calendar To Book A Session?
Dr. Vandy's Calendar books out 45 days. Check daily for cancellations and open dates.
UNDER A LIMITED TIME OFFER?
If you are under a special time sensitive promotion, (AND) there are NO days/times open please email your full name and date of promotion. In the subject put:
"NO DAYS OPEN TO BOOK"
If there are no available days/times, we will extend your promotion period to allow Dr. Vandy to see you.
Will I Book All My Current Sessions On This Calendar?
Yes. Each time you book it is however subject to our verification of payment.
If you book more than your package allows it will be canceled.
DO NOT book more sessions than your month allows.

What's The EMERGENCY ANYTIME Session?
The Emergency Anytime gives you a ONE TIME any day, night, weekends or holidays session with Dr. Vandy @ $125 (just think of a Doctor on call). Off hours/weekends are regularly @ $325.
These are Days/Times NOT shown on your calendar and subject to Dr. Vandy’s availability. Call Dr. Vandy’s work cell 407.243.8565. Leave a voicemail & send a text. Payment will be processed over the phone.

None ever expire.
What Happens If I Miss A Payment?
Missing a payment can void your LIFETIME discount if this promotion is no longer offered. (see terms and conditions below).
No Show, Reschedule or Cancellation Policy:
NO SHOW POLICY: You will lose a session. No refund or rescheduling option.
RESCHEDULE POLICY: No penalty if rescheduled 24 hours before session. Request to reschedule MUST be by EMAIL: [email protected] ONLY. Text, call or other form of communication is unacceptable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation inside the 24 hour period up to 31 minutes before scheduled session you will incur a $50.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee, as you have prevented someone else from booking. If you attempt to cancel or schedule 30 minutes or later see NO SHOW POLICY.

Are My Sessions Transferrable?
No. Only the individuals who completed an intake form when the package was purchased is eligible to use package promotion.
Are My Sessions Refundable?
No. However, the sessions owned or acquired do not expire. They are yours for life.
I Never Used ZOOM Do I Need Special Equipment?
Nope. A smartphone, computer, or tablet to access the Internet and you’re good to go. When you book here, you'll get a zoom link via email.
